Dr. Pieter Jan Van Asbroeck

Dr. Van Asbroeck is a passionate emergency physician with a keen interest in disaster management and toxicology. 

He holds a postgraduate degree in disaster management and possesses the certificate of Director Command Post Operations (Dir CP-OPS), where he serves as deputy during disasters. Additionally, he has a Master of Business Administration degree, providing insights into another aspect of healthcare. He is board member of various scientific en professional societies.

He is the head of the department of Emergency Medicine campus Genk, and the medical coordinator of the Limburg Care Centre after Sexual Assault
